When recording acoustic guitar what is the better idea ... to record in stereo, or to record two mono signals to separate tracks??
I use a Beyer 930 (a cardiod) pointed from below towards the rear...

I would think that, if you have proper anti virus software on the PC that is doing the downloading, then there is no need for such on your music PC which will not access the internet. I don't have it...

I installed Windows 7 Professional. Not sure what the difference or benefits would be from Home Premium but you might like to check. Doubt if there would be much difference in price :)
