Sorry man. Been working away and missed this. Am on iPhone at moment so tricky. Specs are fine. I'd suggest you set buffer size and CPU useage to maximum and try that. You should easily get to 30 tracks On that system (excluding instrument tracks of course)

2 guitar rig3 plugins on pt kills my processor, blue screen death.
however i can use 4-5 amplitube and ezdrummer and no problem.
guitar rig is a power hungry god !

I was always told not to - but I'll tweak them and see if it helps matters.
