Yup, I got that. I had all the time been thinking I should be in the middle of the room recording. That would have meant a lot more thinking and acoustic treatment. That really looks doable.

I made some recording tests, but the result was always bad because room sounded so bad that I couldn't hide it no matter what. If I but more effects it sounded artificial if not rooms sound was there.

That tends to be the state of affairs in acoustically troublesome room. You can never EQ our a bad room, nor can you turn it into a good room via even the best time-based effects out there.

That said, what would you guys think of a GIK in London? There's no ink to paper yet, but...hint, hint!

I think GIK UK would be an awesome idea (though given the business model London would be an expensive place to run it from)! Happy to discuss offline.
