Default Keystation 49 Latency

I know this question has been around for a long time, but I didn't see any answers to my specific situation. I just plugged in my M-Audio Keystation 49, and I am getting a 1/2 second latency for every note in every software. So I know it's not a setting in the software. Where do I access the settings that would affect this? My interface is an MBox02, and when I tried changing that buffer, it made no difference whatsoever. Could my NVIDIA audio drivers be interfering somehow? Or the onboard Realtek drivers? I've disabled all of them, but that made no difference either.

I know this makes me look stupid, but you can't think I'm as stupid as I think I am.
