Subject says its all - does anyone have any experience using this alot and with what mic/types of vocalists and vocals etc?
Personally I quite like most SPL gear I have used and we are considering getting a mic pre-amp/vocal processor. I'm not sure if we would actually process on the way into the computer, or where use it in two stages - ie preamp only for recording, then bounce back though it for processing as I'm aware you can end up spending alot of time tweaking it for a recording. I do bounce through their SPL Vitalizer Mk2-T alot and like the results we get - often its just used for adding a more interesting and richer sounding tone tio rompler patches - strings, pianos etc - same with their Charisma, and of course Ive heard alot of good reports about the Channel One. |
