Trevor, it is nice to see the place in action. I hope we can hear it at some point.

I'm baaaa-aaaaackkkk! Not sure what happened but I couldn't access this site for the last couple of weeks.

Lots has happened while I've been away but I'll soon bring you up to speed. So you may remember I asked whether the triangles were just a fashion statement. Happily not. But why triangles?

Here's a few more:

Access to the forum has been bad for the last few weeks but it seems more stable now. The lack of posts suggests everyone was having the same problem.

The triangles look like a temporary support structure to keep a right angle between the wall and the grid that may be the template for a suspended ceiling. Your asking suggests you have a cunning plan!

Haha! No. I give up. The triangles are to hold up the hall ceiling. They are triangles because the ceiling has to be entirely suspended without touching the walls of the three rooms. If it touched the walls of the room we would have reconnected the rooms to the fabric of the structure which means sound would transfer between them.

Here's how the corridor looked when it was done:

And on this one you can see the gap that runs the length of the corridor maintaining the isolation:

I can just see this corridor's walls busy with photos of your clients' sessions, something for other clients to muse over who else has been in your studio.
