Default JBL 4825 - Please Help

I've wanted to build a system for years in my man cave

I found, yes, found (at the local dump) a pair of JBL 4825's

Upon inspection the main cones look and move freely (No nasty grating sounds), i'm not sure about the horns.

Seems a shame to watch these getting crushed so saved them.

I'm new to this so have no idea at all about them

What to i do to test them
are they worth keeping
what amp would i need (I love old skool)
do i need a sub

I took them to bits for a clean down and noticed a brown wire was not connected (Where should this go if anywhere)

I'd really love some advice from some tech heads. I can upload more photos if that would help.

I'd love to see if they were a good find or a dud pair that i'll have to take back to dump...
