all that hype from novation and all they do is redesign a crappy product like the remote zero sl..instead of wasting time redesigning stuff they should be working hard on fixing the bugs in automap..ive had the remote zero sl from day one of release and its one of the worst things ive ever bought..the pads are useless for drums,,the faders are too small and arnt accurate enough to use as a mixer controller.the values jump way too much for them to be off any use..the only thing that are good are the knobs but there over sensitve and on some vsts make it a nightmare too use it correctlly.
ive upgraded it too the automap 3 software but thats still not as good as its hyped up to be also one of the screens is now knackered half of the pixals are not being displayed i contacted novation and they wanted a fortune to fix it.the guy i spoke to explained it ws a common fault thats easy to fix but will cost around 80 pounds to fix and post back too me ..also the thing is very cheaply made and feels like if you drop it it will shatter to pieces..its so bad i dont use it anymore i just keep it on a shelf in my studio but never use it in fact i hate the thing with a passion it ws the worst purchase ive ever made ..id advise anyone intrested in buying one to test it out before buying if you really want automap buy the nocturn its cheaper and works much better with automap than the remote zero sl. i was hoping they make another drum machine or another synth ill give novation credit they do make excellent synths . |

Does look interesting. But then so does the crazy electric bike on one of their other videos. They're like crazy-inventor-people.
Excellent display though, its pretty. ______________________________

I'm pretty much sure it works with everything (though old v of automap didnt work with rtas/protools - not sure if the new one does?)
