Trillian Update Price

I bought my Mac Pro in Feb '08 and obviously since then never used Trilogy However spectrasonics still charged me $99 for the upgrade.

UPS also charged me £20 at the door when they delivered it

Since then i have been intouch with Spectrasonics support and currently negotiating a $99 refund , they have said they'll give me refund its just not happened yet


At the moment i'm enjoying Groove locking Stylus Midi files with Trilian's Arp

There's also a bit of a flaw in their set up which we won't go into here but people are certainly taking advantage of it.

it is my go to for electric bass now and acoustic if i ever use it but i love the chapman stick, how gay does that sound

@IABP what flaw you on about, registering trilo on a mac intel????

Appears to be a flaw for the less scrupulous. I haven't looked into it though as I don't have to and wouldn't anyway.

What do you think about the synth basses, or lack of, that I'm hearing about?

not going to comment too much yet as its just a demo bank, from what i heard im not overly impressed and they all seem to be arp'd/seq'd all but a few.
omni has better synth but spect are releasing some more next week and the rest in dec so ask me then.

go on what is this scrupulous secret you speak of, does it effect me a genuine user???

No. You're ok.

I was sounding a bit like U2 bass last night using the arp. Then I played my nice Edge patches and it sounded - awful really. I need to work on my mixing skills.
