We have asked if the Trilian upgrades for customers who purchased Trilogy since 1st January 2009 from DV can be shipped directly to us and then we'll ship to our customers direct with no postage or custom charges.

It's a shame they've pushed the date back.

We've asked the UK distributor to lobby Spectrasonics so DV can process the FREE upgrades directly. Spectrasonics have replied that they intend to process all upgrades on an individual basis and charge for delivery (this is their standard practice) and those customers who qualify for a FREE upgrade will therefore have to pay a delivery charge direct to Spectrasonics.

Secondly, as some of you may know already, the official release date has been pushed back to October 26th 2009.

Finally got to use my new big spade to dig this post up.

Trilian is due out on Monday 26th October.

Any news as to when this is available for the people waiting on a free upgrade and how it gets from A to B and is there a cost involved and who is distributing it and...and...and...etc etc?
