Default PA set-up question

I am moving some of my gear around and getting things reay for live entertainment in my club. I had a quick question though. Here is my gear and set-up

4 Crown CSL 1400 power amps
2 peavey sp 7g
2 Peavey Sp 4
4 15" EV Longthrow Sub cabinets. These are old and I don't knowthe exact model

We have an 80'x80' room with a large stage in the center back wall.

The subs are stacked 2x2 under the center of the stage flush with the front.

The Peaveys will be hung in pairs on each side of the stage flush.

My question is should I be running the crown's in bridge mono and daisy chaining the speakers in pairs? In the past I have run everything in regular stereo mode.

After doing alot of research I figured this out. The peaveys should just be run standard stereo hookup with two per amp on left/right channels. They run at 4 ohm and running them parrelel is a no-no.

The subs however are at 8 ohms and an ideal scenario for those would be to hook each pair into a series making them 16 ohm and then run one amp bridge mono to power one pair. Basically this turns them into a dual sub style cabinet.

The crowns run at 700 watt per channel at 4 ohm so they are actually a little underpowered for the peaveys but plenty good for the subs.
