Default 7 Speaker system setup/Rewire

Hello everyone,

This is my first post so i will try to include as much information as i can, i recently started working at a bowling alley with a 7 PA / speaker system, upon inspecting the speakers i noticed that only 1 of them was actually playing any music or voice when the PA system was in use, roughly one week after this both the speakers and PA system stopped functioning, the system consists of the following:

PA system:
- Cloud 44/50
was working upon joining but has since stopped playing any music and does not allow for PA but does allow for music mute in current configuration.

Speakers/Music system:
-Uma 75 paired with 2x Unknown speakers 2x Bose small speakers(model unknown) 3x EvSX100+ speakers

Using different layouts for the wires as shown below:

wire configure one

From the time that i've been able to spend looking/sorting through the wires, i have found the three viewable within the pictures that control as far as im able to tell all of the speakers, though i have only been able to get 5 of the 7 speakers working and not all at the same time, with some of them going off when others come on depending on the layout of the wires, below is a diagram of known speakers that work and other that work but are nearly impossible to hear, there is also a speaker wire attached to a small block as shown in the pictures below, i have been unable to determine the usage of the speaker wire nor the block itself.

any help would be greatly appreciated and any information needed will be provided if possible.
