Question PA help for a dummie!

My band are trying to set ourselves up with a decent enough PA system to gig around. We needed about 10 inputs so we got the sound craft fx16i. We have two speakers.

What sort of amp thing would be best to go through to our speakers?

Any help would be appreciated!

Also, are we best getting some sort of DI box set up or go straight into the mixer?

Instruments: vox, violin, penny whistle, banjo, guitar, cajon, mandolin, accordion.
