Default A hanger for Guitar leads etc

Does anyone know of any soft of wall mounted hangers for Guitar leads and mic leads etc?

Just something that i can hang my leads on once i have wound them up.

I keep them all in a box the now but they get all coiled. It would be far more convenient to have like a pole or something to hang them all on.

Any ideas?

Go to your local DIY superstore. Buy one strip of 3"x1" wood (or similar size), one length of dowel (anything in the half inch diameter range), one drill bit the same diameter as the dowel. Drill holes at a slight angle in the strip of wood. Cut dowel into 10-15cm lengths. Glue dowels into holes so that they stick out one side at a slight upwards angle (hence drill holes on the angle) but are flush with the opposite side. Screw finished hanger to the wall. Hang cables on the dowels. Done!

I have a number of extension cables and places like B+Q (or B+McQ in Scotland) have cable holders you hang on a hook. There are various types and the cable is freed in a second. They are sold to hold cables, which is what you want. I can't see a picture right now but I've bought several types.

I'll be passing a big B & McQ on Thursday night when we are out shopping. If i have time i will pop in. Do you have any idea what they are called?

I'll have a dig through their website first to see if i can see it. That way i know what I'm looking for.

I've found a very cheap solution to my problem.

Just reserved this from Argos. 8 quid. It will do the trick! I'll just hang my leads over the hooks

That'll work. In a previous room I had I had something similar which hung on the back of a door. Worked fine.

Here's mine:

Trev just showing us that he used to be on the ships.

I should say this a more posh version with a built in wall attachment but it hangs kind of like this
