Exclamation Safari 4 - Public Beta

check it out guys, it's meant to be 4.2 x faster than v.3 due to it's new Nitro engine.

More info HERE

It actually looks kinda cool with the new iTunes style lay out

Safari 3 has been such a piece of cr*p for me lately I've pretty much permanently switched to Firefox for everything but forum browsing. Hopefully this (v4) resolves my Gmail cookies getting corrupted issue.

I kept getting a '400 Bad Request' error that was only solved by deleting all google-related cookies.

Here's some info from google on the problem.

For email, banking, buying stuff it's been Firefox...

And yes, you should be taking your own advice...

I gave up on Safari a while ago, too slow to load and crashed. Firefox all the way!

I'll give this thing a try and see if it can sway me...

Was going to say that I can't use it because I don't have 10.5.6 update because of my ProjectMix, but it seems that M-Audio have released a driver update for 10.5.6 so will update and then give it a try

i can understand that but i do like the new window features, for me it works, only gripe is the new tabs, preferred the position of the old way and still annoyed no alphabetical order option for bookmarks as far as im aware
