Default It'll Be Lonely This Christmas

So where are you spending yours and who with?

I'll be with the family in Liverpool. I wouldn't wanna be anywhere else.

I will be having dinner with my mom, grandparents, my cousin & her bf.

Then a big family pub dinner on boxing day.

I love xmas dinners. Its the time when pigs in blankets (or sausages wrapped in stuffing and bacon to the sane world) make it onto the dinner table

I'd leave the country if I was married to you.

Hopefully she will be by your side and you get the gig.
There you go, that's my Christmas wish for you.

Me and Ed will be tucking into pigs in blankets - I do like them.

I'll visit the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future in my head.

Reflect and go wild and have two J2Os

A belated Thanksgiving turkey dinner with friends this weekend. Then the weekend after I fly to family in Ireland for plenty of Guinness and another turkey dinner.

Keeping this thread as a Christmas theme, what's your favourite carol and I don't mean Vorderman?

Top three

Silent Night - Traditional. Peaceful. Mellow. What an opening verse. Masterful.
O Holy Night - Choirs dream going into a minor key on the chorus. Blows my socks off this one. 'Fall on your knees' - makes the hairs on your neck stand-up.
In The Bleak Midwinter - Simple. Tuneful. Mellow. Christmas in the UK. Except for the snow which falls either side of Christmas.

Seriously though, Saxman. If you see guys in hazmat suits carrying a giant bauble then run - run like the wind.

I won't see or speak to anyone after I get back from the pub on Xmas eve lunchtime till it's all over, tho' I'm not complaining as that suits me just fine. None of that forced jollity with family members I can't abide the rest of the year for me. I do what I want to do, when I want to do it, and the nearest I get to a traditional Xmas now is when I do either a chicken or turkey curry for Xmas dinner
