Wow I had no idea there were so many DV staff registered with this forum. Nice to see such a strong DV presence on the forum member list.

On the Avatars...maybe when a person registers if they save any changes to their control panel without adding an avatar, perhaps a pop up could appear (that can be closed) which would ask them to add an avatar? Is there a default choice of Avatars?
