Default kanye wests new songs ..terrible

how many of you agree with me that i think kanye has finally flownm away with the donkeys .hes completely lost the plot to actually release singles which in my mind and ears are no were near finished..

love lockdown was badly produced and engineered it seemed to me hed taken a 2 second sample of k-klass and looped it for the piano part and the drums sounded like they were recorded with a aldi sampler ..and his vocals were very badly recorded i know he wanted to give it a gritty kind of feel but theres much better way of getting that feel other than peak the crap out the signals like he did so it was hard to hear some words.

and now hes done it again with his new "masterpiece" heartless ..that is one of his worst ever the chorus is ok but everything else is cheap sounding and engineered by a 10 year old ..i know kanyes a big star now but someone needs to grab him and point out how hes gone from a slickly produced artist (through the wire /gold digger/flashinglight) to not even good as a demo (heartless/love lockdown)

dont get me wrong i think hes a talented guy but i think he needs a big wake up call.

Agree with a lot of what you're saying there Waxxy.. The 'wake up call' will be a matter of personal perspective but I'm pretty sure some of the negative reactions to his last opus won't fall on deaf ears..

FOr me its not even about how well it sounds, its his change of style that interested me most.

Love Lockdown was a million miles away from his usual sampled but club friendly sound.

That said, when people release stuff like this...it shows a 1/2 proof that the public will lap up almost whatever is thrown at them.

Love lockdown was a million miles away from being an *anything* friendly sound...

it really goes to show people listen to what they are told too and what makes it worse they believe they like it

what really does peev me is when i was young, i heavily listened to hip hop/rap rnb. people used to ask me why are you listening to that (rave/jungle/grundge) was big then now that its come into fashion people are all over the mutated genre like its a brand new scene, now they look at me like im an idiot for not liking it... iv had enough i want to be an idiot for something idiotic
