Default Whats your fav Piano/string plug in of all time?

I have always like the bosendorfer piano! obviously being well known all across the globe. The plug in is excellent not as good as the real thing obviously but still does the job. Whats yours?

Just out of curiosity... which of the Bosendorfer plugins are you referring to? The 290 is my favourite sounding piano and currently have versions by EastWest and Native Instrumnets, but I'm always on the lookout for others to audition.

Slightly skewing the topic here, but my favourite piano sound is what us Peter Gabriel fans refer to as the "Red Rain piano". It's a gorgeous blend of Yamaha CP80 and grand piano with some swirly chorus and verb in there somewhere... I'm still trying to recreate it (and got some great hints from the recent Real World video clip on Sonic State). If they did it in a plug-in I'd buy it straight away!

Pianoteq is my favourite piano plug-in, and I've tried most of 'em.

For strings, actually until earlier this year when I had to go intel mac and it stopped working, my most-used string patches came out of Spectrasonics Atmosphere. Even though I've got Miroslav and EWQL Platinum... for some reason the Atmosphere strings just always 'sat right.'
