Specrasonics Trillian log in

Just got my Trillian this morning but i CANNOT for the life of me log into the Spectrasonics website to authorise it. Is anyone about to try and see if they can log in themselves then at least then i'll know if its just me!

Damn that is annoying. I know my details are correct and i even tried clicking on the "forgot password" link which then prompts you for a registered serial number. I cut and pasted my serial from Omnisphere so it would be correct and it says "serial not found". Arrrrgh!!! Helpline not open for 5 hours!!!!

you have to register a new account you know

as in register all your plug ins and details again

But surely if i get a new account and try to register my Stylus and Omnisphere it will tell me that the serial numbers are already registered?? Ah well only 2 hours left. Nearly through Ben Hur now as well

Have you already reregistered when they implemented the new registration system, technically i have registered twice, first when i originally bought my products and secondly when they introduced the new architecture to registering, have you had to manually enter your serial numbers again, if not then register a new account

Ahhhh Sureno. Yet again you have come through to the rescue. Many many thanks for that snippet of info and vid. Plus i dont have to watch the end of Ben Hur now. Dont they all get crucified??...or is that Spartacus??
