Yes Guru is pretty wild. Highly creative in a big way. I would have bought it but it is a bit too similar to RMX (which I have) although there are plenty of differences between the two still.
iDrum looks quite slick and is quite different from those two IMO.  I have been very impressed with the little I have seen of the iPhone version of iDrum, I should really check out the demo...something I might use in Podium as Sonar has a built in step sequencer that covers this area already.I like what I see here... But with a different set of needs and workflow I can see how they could be perceived as being as similar as chalk and cheese, horses for courses as they say.  Both are super plugs though. |
