Default SSL Duende PCIE - 64 bit driver needed

Dear All,

I have just bought the SSL Duende PCIE and it is an excellent product IMHO. However, it only has a 32 bit driver and therefore will not run on Windows Vista 64 bit.

Since I imagine that many of us will want to move to a 64 bit system in the future, it was important for me to confirm that in the next few months, SSL would be developing this driver.

I have just been talking to Richard at SSL, Oxford. He advised that at present, there are no plans for this driver since "they have other priorities and not enough people are requesting this driver".

So it seems that the best way to get SSL to develop this driver is for all of us who have this product to log a request on the SSL website. Here is the link:

http://www.solid-state-logic.com/sup...ende/index.asp

Even if you don't need this driver today, you may want it some day soon and if enough of us put some pressure on SSL, they should create this 64 bit driver.

Thanks to all of you in advance for logging this request with SSL.
