So... I'm not impressed. Looks like they're back to catering to trendy flash-in-the-pan acts. No Little Boots and no Doves. WTF???!!?? In fact, when I saw Doves at the Forum on one of their warm-up gigs before the record came out, The Invisible were the support act. Talented musicians, although not especially interesting. Their frontman can play a mean guitar.

Any predictions? If Glasvegas or La Roux win I'm afraid I'm gonna have to leave the country. I'd say Florence & The Machine are probably a likely bet (the bookies think so too.) They're OK, I don't hate them, but I think that there are better choices!!

I'd like to think a worthy band would win it, rather than just the 'in' band.

FATM, as you say T3, are probably going to get it and as nice as they are (Set up for them at my place in June), i'd rather see Kasabian win it.

But yeah.. not the greatest list.

...La Roux?
