Default Why Radio & Music Industry Sucks Nowadays

I don't think this has been posted yet...I love the part (around 6:05) about self marketing and doing it Johnny Cash style!!

Many of the comments about record companies pretty much apply to any corporation. They exist for shareholders only, not the artists, or innovators, inventors, designers etc, or even those who buy the products etc. The guy who run them - probably cant even remember (nor actually care) what the hell the company does below the businesss layer.

They might as well have been talking about the messed up place I do time (work) at.

All well and good saying go it alone - 100% of nothing can sometimes be quite a bit worse then 0.1% of something... unless of course you can figure a decent way to cut through the internet spam rather than just be part of it.
