Two things.

Is it possible to combine 2 different logic 9 sounds (say trumpets and trombones) and hear them at the same time as i play?

The other thing is i'd like to offload the recorded tracks onto my radar multi-track. Is used a thing called a delta breakout box on my older mac but i dont think the soundcard is mountable on the macbook pro

any ideas would be welcome

Yup – just enable the record select button for each track that you’d like to play.

Don’t know about piece of hardware, but why are you trying to offload? Why not just keep it all in Logic for mixing? If you are concerned about CPU usage, then freeze the track.

Welcome Bigal!

Nice to see a radar user find the forum! I'm guessing that you just want the audio on radar so you can mix on hardware but it isn't clear? Might be easier if you can explain your set up and exactly where you want to get to so we can help you trouble shoot.

Nb. Unless radar have updated the system significantly, due to the constraints of its system, you can really only import audio in real time. To avoid a round of conversion that means you'll need an interface with a digital out compatible with radars digital in (aes probably). Unless you plan to mix otb (on a desk) it probably makes more sense to import the audio to logic.
