Default Error while trying to synchronize Audio and Midi

Over the past few days the following error message has been popping up in Logic 8:
"Error while trying to synchronize Audio and Midi"
Is this something typical of Logic?
What's going wrong? What do I need to do?

Add some more Ram and it will stop. Max'd mine out and fixed it for me when I was getting that message.

Not much really. I am basically using logic as a metronome at the time. I have a file with various plugs and a couple of audio so I can practise piano, guitar or bass scales and warm up exercises.. I hit play and practise. The error pops up maybe once every couple of days but there is no real activity apart from a 4 bar loop playing with the metronome on and what ever MIDI data is triggered as part of the piano scales!

It's not a big problem...but it just shouldn't be happening.

As Sureno suggests, a minor, periodic occurrence.. quite probably has something to do with a 'waking' hard drive as much as ram.. and you've got a helluva lot of that Sphelan.. no need for concern..
