keyboard problems i have with korg r 3

can't get the keyboard to play threw cubase and reason .

any ideas people ?

have you installed the drivers and initiated it in prefs, also have you got the sound cables connected? are you using USB or midi to connect?

ive had it working before some iam pretty sure its just the file . so i think ive gotta do something to cubase but i dont know what .

iam useing midi btw .
