...I just acquired a Roland JV 1080 on ebay...I think thats definitely it for me for a while, and I think I have enough to learn now as it is.

It does seem very highly rated. Was looking at getting a couple of expansion cards too but the auctions on them went almost as high as the unit itself.

I wasn't gonna get it, but it was a bargain really and I thought 'sod it', once you've got it you've got it-only have to spend the money once
![]() And yeah, it was a keystone in a lot of my favorite hard house tracks from days gone by. I think all I have to get now is a midi interface and patchbay to save fiddling with wires everytime I need to change synths over and a mixer for my EKS XP10's (for Traktor) and my credit card is going back in the drawer, as it were. ______________________________
