Question Dave Smith's Mopho - Can't accomplish a very simple task, please help

Hello all,
I am for the first time here.
Nice to meet ya all.

I just proudly got my Mopho (a Desktop Synthesizer Module)

I have a simple question about using it.
Trying to connect any keyboard device to audio in in order to experiment with sounds and just can't get to hear anything in headphones or speakers connected to audio out in Mopho.

Its surely not the problem of synthetic keyboard, but could it be the cables?

I rather will admit i did not get it how to set Mopho for processing audio in signals mode.

Anyone can help and give a step-by-step guide on connecting a device to audio in and switching Mopho to audio in mode or something?

I am already starting to think its my Mopho that is broken and tat would suck cause i am in Moldova and bought if from USA.

Thank you very much in advance,
Regards

Have you turned the input level up for the patch your using (I dont mean the input gain knob, though check that too)?

It might be labelled filter feedback or similar rather than input level.

Erm no... its one of the menu accessed parameters. Read the manual to find it.

Press assign parameters, then crank one of the parameter knobs until you find it, then press assign parameter again to get back to normal performance mode, then you can crank the parameter to the desired value.

Its well worth spending a few mins reading the manual to get a feel for how the UI works on that thing. I dont have one, just spent a few hours playing with one once to write a review of it for DV. Only reason I never got around to getting one was because Ive been a bit skint recently, but they are great little synths
