Welcome aboard Jim-lad.
I don't think anyone here does things in the right order. That's assuming they could agree on an order to do things in the first place.
Love the band name, I giggled a little when I first saw it.

Welcome James! I must be getting old, but, I'm curious... what exactly is "KJ" an abbreviation of?

I'm so glad you asked that, wanted to myself but didn't wanna seem foolish.
Best I could guess its 'keyboard jockey'.

Hi James and welcome.

Dave, I am probably older than you but my guess is that a KJ is a Karaoke Jockey. Instead of playing the discs he will play karaoke songs. (PS. I am restraining myself from making comments about karaoke!)
