Default Greetings All
Hey all

I am OJB a producer/engineer living at the moment in Birmingham. I signed up here pretty early on but never got around to posting, don't know why...

I have been in and around music for a long while now and I have a Steinberg diploma in music production/sound engineering.

I moonlight as a mix and mastering engineer when I'm not strapped to the desk at my day job, and I hope one day to lose the shackles of the 9-5 and work for myself in my studio (which I don't have)....

Hey we can all have pipe-dreams!!!

Anyway, thought I would introduce myself. I come here to learn and dispense any wisdom I have too. That's not entirely true though, I also come here to drool over equipment, but don't we all?

Don't be too hasty, Trev, I am unfortunately not a Brummy, just happened to stay here after finishing uni. I am picking up a bit of a west mids twang to my accent though... does that count?

Welcome, and hello from a fellow Birmingham resident. Do you go out fighting on Broad Street of a Friday?

We all want to get rid of those shackles, trust me! I commute to Derby on a daily basis to work as a copywriter for one of the world's biggest bank.

I'd much rather write about musical equipment, or work in a studio.

I work as a web developer in the city centre at the moment, but would much rather be either building music related web sites or working in a studio...

Anyone want to buy me and mutilatedlip a studio? We will take you out on Broad street for some fights!!!
