So they've lifted some of the restrictions, called it Intro and offered it as a free update to registered LE users.

The biggie.......it lets you rewire. Altho still no complex warp mode. Or REX file support. But its a big improvement over LE anyway !

Considering the Novation Launchpad was announced October 1st, Novation have really delivered!

It's an interesting trend that more manufacturers are now shipping on the day of announcing new gear or within 1-2 months of the first press release.

Historically, most products have been announced at trade shows such as NAMM and then typically shipped within 6-9 months.
