JBL EON10 G2

The guys who use these type of things and are good judges say - not great.
They can do a job but better is to be found elsewhere.

I'll dig deeper and see if I can find what is 'better'

Morning K,

If you want a straight answer no! And yes!

If you are coming out of the "raw" line feed of say a Marshall head the wide band JBL will sound rather fizzy and "hi fi".

If you are feeding it from a guitar processor or modelling amp and just using it as a PA that should be fine.

E.G. Take the emulated output of a Blackstar HT5, go ON!!!

Men (and gals) who know...www.musicradar.com

Should do...The theory is that once you have the "right" sound you can re amplify it to kingdom come, all you need is an accurate and powerful reproducer.

Now JBL have been in the PA game a looong time and looking at the spec' of that box you should be fine.

A few months ago my company ran newly developed emulation thru' a 50W 4"+tweeter hi fi speaker and all who heard it were knocked out.
