Everyone is automatically entered. DV247 pick a weekly winner based on the number of posts made and the quality of those posts. So just keep reading as many threads as you can and try to post some helpful/interesting replies.

Pro tip: Quantity is probably less important than quality. I think that's been proven every single week since the giveaways started, by the looks of things.

This sites only very young, and I've only been on here for probably a week, but I've already seen some quality bits on here! And there's definitely a nice incentive behind it. I'm sure there'll be plenty more people on here as the weeks go by.

The good thing about having a competition linked to quality posts is that you actually find some useful information.

Also, nobody is rude as in other forums and generally everything is laid out much clearer.

I had previously posted a lot of info elsewhere only to get stupid answers so this can only be a good thing.

Good points...also the mods are very active, equally friendly, take part in threads, embrace new ideas (many)...the set up here is very well thought out with the emphasis on encouraging forum member input and increasing the size of the community the right way
