Default DTXplorer Yahama Kick Pedal

I have bought a DTXplorer and noted before purchase that it didnt include a kick pedal. I bought a bundle that advertised inclusion of "bass drum pedal worth 35.99" Now I have taken delivery the supplier is saying that kit includes a kick pedal. I am confused as the picture on their website shows a kick pedal included in the Yahama kit and another base drum pedal.

Personally I am now confused as the Yahama kit includes kick pad and footpedal but I expect to get what paid for. Also in the review I read http://magazine.dv247.com/2010/12/14/buying-an-electronic-drum-kit/
- it also noted that no kick pedal was included.

I am buying for my son so I am not experienced enough to counter with the supplier and want to be sure I got what I paid for.

Was it bought as a B-stock item?
Did you buy it from DV?

It states on yamahas uk website here

"The kit even includes a bass drum pedal"

If i was you i would contact the supplier if it wasn`t b stock and say that on the uk website it says "The kit even includes a bass drum pedal" and ask where yours is?
If the advert from the place you got it clearly states that there isn`t a bass drum pedal included then there may be scope for them to refuse to supply one.
It`s not a totally cheap piece of kit and my guess is that your supplier will send one onto you.
Hope you get it sorted.

I bought a DTXplorer in the past and have since sold it. It came with a kick drum pedal. It's supposed to come with one. I know Roland sometimes don't include a kick drum pedal with their kits but as far as i know, the DTXplorer should come with one included.
System Details. Inta Audio Premium PC, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, Cubase 7, Yamaha N12 Digital Mixer.
