$2150 is the book price, and that will be each.
It's fair to say that these will be in every venue worth it's salt, within 2 years. and just as it was, where every DJ had to own 1210's to get used to them, every DJ is going to have to own at least 1 of these to know how they work. RekordBox and the USB port, stand out for me. There's no reason why a DJ can't travel the world with a 64GB flash drive and play anywhere any time. you can run 4 decks off of 1 flash drive. You also have full transport control for ableton, and it has a built in soundcard. The list goes on and on, and just when the software guys thought they had got it licked! ![]() |

Looks very nice, but very ouch on the price.
I wonder if they have improved on the pitch shift/time stretch algorhythm? |

I agree their Sureno. The 2000 looks like a bit of an overkill, especially for people with a lot of kit already. I'm quite happy with my audio interface options.
You tend to find that the more you put into something, its just more potential to go wrong as well..oh and the 2000 is a serious tax on your pockets ! |

Yes its a serious tax, but then Im absolutely shocked at the current cost of CDJ-1000 Mk3 and the DJM800 - If I were to buy these today, it would cost me about £1,000+ more than I paid for them - thats a *huge* price hike!
![]() That said, I havnt bought anything new for ages now and have zero intension of doing so while prices of most useful gear seems to be hovering somewhere between 'excessive' and 'complete rip off'. |
