I have to correct myself on the earlier note about crossfader etc - the unit can be used standalone without a mixer as each channel has a seperate volume knob and the x-fade will be assigned to another knob.

cheers

Good to hear about the OTUS. I shall start saving my pennies. Can I get them on student rates?

It's gotta be a good 5 years since you did the demo. I still remember it though. You used the song from the Mercedes advert. The facilities are now a lot better then they were. RIP Green Lane basement and T block !

Default Otus sitting comfortably..

Just a couple of pics of the Otus now set up in the studio.. Love the way it's designed to sit on top of a Technics deck - lush
I'll be 'bench testing' it with Traktor Pro for the next two or three weeks then taking it out live when my residency re-starts in late Jan..

A full Otus & Traktor Pro review will follow..Oh yes

Default Otus Raw off EKS site

The grapevine is rattling that EKS will be launching "something very special" at the forthcoming Musik Messe...

We note with interest that any mention of the Otus Raw (the scaled down sibling of the Otus model above) has been taken down from the EKS site. Would this suggest it may be available soon, or replaced, or modified...?

Guess bated breath is how we'll wait then
