Default Cubase 7 crashing on exit

Wherever I close a project, Cubase keeps crashing on me. It freezes and stops responding. Any ideas what might be causing it?

There's a 7.01 bug fix due in the next week or so (I can't remember exactly when).

I've a feeling one of my plug INS is causing it but I can't seem to isolate it. It's bloody annoying.

Cubase crashing is almost always due to a plugin in my experience. Are you running any 32 bit plugins in the bridge?

I'm not sure mate, I think bfd eco might be, how do I check? bfd eco has done this in the past. The strange thing is, it was fine to begin with, but then started doing this. The other thing is, my plug in dll files are all in different places. Is that normal? I have some in Steinberg Cubase 7 folders, some in common files and some in vst3. The other thing is, I have programme files and then programme files x64. I checked in Cubase and the plug in paths are all going to the normal programme files folder and not the x64 folder, is that ok? All my plug INS are working fine though, I'm just getting this hanging when I close a protect. It's really frustrating!

When I install a plug in, the plug in tends to choose which folder it wants to go in so I usually just go along with whatever it chooses so my dll files are all in different folders.

Is there a way to change the plug in paths manually and direct Cubase to the folder you want the path to be to? I tried to do that but couldn't figure out how.

I'm also pretty disappointed with steinbergs support, still waiting on a reply!
