USB keyboard

I have an iMac and intend on buying Logic 9 this month. Sorry if you have been asked this before but, M-Audio xiom pro 61 or Novation sl mk2 61. I hear the Novation overall is more comprehensive but has some control issues with Logic's VSTs. Apart from vocals, music will be produced via computer. Will Apogee One do for me. If anyone can suggest half decent set up for around 2 grand ie moniters, mic, audio interface etc, that would be great. Cheers

novation automap is great but doesnt work with most of apples plugins,, Although i hear it is in the pipeline,, Use an m audio projectmix as my soundcard,, Pretty good piece of kit,, one of my better purchases..

The Axiom Pro isn't a bad bit of kit, I use the 49 with Cubase, Hypercontrol promises more than it delivers though. Have a breeze through the M Audio forum to see specific issues others have had with Logic, they can be pretty helpful if you get 'em on a good day and there are handy questions buried amongst the confusion with cables and the like.
