Hello chums.
I've got a strange problem with my Tascam US-122 (old blue stripe model). I fired up Cubase yesterday and had no audio output when using the Asio driver (16 or 24bit) and the US122. ASIO4ALL works fine. There's also an 80% CPU usage when I switch to the US122 whether there's anything playing or not. If I try to play a project in Cubase with the Tascam selected there's no audio signal showing in the Cubase mixer either. This also happens in FL and Reason4. FL shows a 99% CPU usage and Reason says the audio driver has failed please select a different one. There have been no changes to my system. I uninstalled the driver, even using a dedicated uninstaller and registry cleaner. Reinstalling makes no difference and neither does trying a different USB port. I'm stumped. ![]() Oh i'm on XP Pro 32bit SP3 Cubase Studio 4 |
