Default Placing interface on subwoofer?

I am limited spacewise and was thinking of sitting my new Digi 003 Rack on top of my KRK subwoofer.

Is this okay? Am I likely to run into any electrical interference or other problems due to magnetic fields etc from such a solution? Would I damage the 003 long term?

Just want to not do something stupid from the start!
