Default ESP 254 Bass

Getting a new Bass Guitar on Friday, bought one recently from DV but it was an active bass and i didn't really like it. Hadn't tried an active bass before and it really wasn't for me. So i've returned it and opted for this one instead http://www.dv247.com/guitars/esp-gui...unburst--58830 Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this particluar Bass. Haven't played an esp Guitar of any sort before. I've looked up a few reviews on this model and generally they've been really good but i'll see for myself on Friday. It's a far better spec than the last one, seems to be really good value for the price. Bass isn't really my forte, i only really need one for recording, apart from that i don't play them much so it's a bit of trial end error for me when it comes to picking one that will suit me. Hopefully this one will suffice and i wont have to try a couple more til i get what i'm looking for!

No one then? I have to wait until Monday for it coming, but i had a question about it if anyone had it. On various websites, it says this Bass is loaded with EMG Hz pick ups but on the DV website it says it has ESP SB-4 Pickups. What's the deal there? But when you look at the picture on the DV website it has EMG Hz pickups.

Well i just received this Bass today and what a lovely sounding Bass for the price, looks great too. EMG Hz pick ups sound pretty good! Definitely much happier with this one than i was with the Washburn
