this topic can prove quite contraversial but as TCS implies the answer to your question is that the best DAW is the one you find easiest to work with and it does majority if not all of what you want to do
and TCS i prefer white choc so if you where thinking of getting me some
my favourite is logic for composition, pro tools for mixing
