If I were out for a delay pedal tomorrow I'd look at this:

Eventide Time Factor at DV247.COM

However, I'm on the waitlist for a Toneczar Echoczar pedal already, so gonna hold out for that. It should be ready sometime between June 2009 and Jan 2010. Seriously.

I might pick up an Ibanez AD9 in the meantime to hold me over, though, if I find I really need an analogue delay. I already have a Boss DD6 which covers my digital delay requirements.

But this is way O/T now!
