That seems to be a general opinion on the Line 6 to be honest.

I've got no complaints about the Echo Park, but I'm seriously considering an MXR Carbon Copy, or maybe the Boss RE-20 Space Echo pedal which I personally think sounds absolutely fantastic for the price.

I got it a few years ago on the cheap, and it's built like a tank and had some good delays for what I needed.

I think the Line 6 stuff is great for people who aren't complete audiophiles (unlike myself!) but in truth, nothing comes close to the originals they try to ape.

And they also give people who can't afford the gear, are young, or are just interested to get hold of some tones they wouldn't be able to usually.
