Pretty much to the day this time back in 2008, DV247 Forums was launched publicly to you lovely people.. Since then membership has grown well, we've had some amazing threads and contributions, acquired friends who've stayed along for the full years journey.. we've had those who popped along for a brief ride and occasionally re-visit, and then there's the new and latest friends who look set to stick around..
There's been some kick ass prize giveaways, major league interviews, feedback and suggestions that have led to improvements, controversy, heated debate, jolly japes and banter, great poetry (well, not quite Shakespeare but hell, not too far away!
), constructive and destructive criticism, erasing of trolls and spammers, watching the birth of a fully fledged pro-studio brick by brick.. Oh, I could go on.. and we're only ONE year old..
So, from the bottom of my plug-in dominated heart, I for one salute and
