You can do some clever 'unique' shortcut programming with Logic, meaning you can customise it to be anyway you want. I may actually re-configure it to work like protools, so that i can use it to practise the shortcuts that Digidesign love to ask you about in their online certification program. Forget any knowledge of music and audio engineering, all they really care about is that you can do everything with 1 or 2 buttons...

I've also found that if you have an apple remote... you can use that in logic as well to arm tracks and start recording. genius !
