This is a good point Sphelan. Users must consider all angels when considering a leap to a 64 bit OS. We have the big guns who have huge development budget, and hugely powerful software that have already got 64 bit support.

Cubase, Cakewalk, Vienna, NI Kontakt, but this is not the norm.

The nature of these programs or the philosophys and target market means they have to have stable 64 bit. Not many people will feel the need for this yet though.
