ecc if you want a free copy of cubase ai4 contact alesis and tell them you bought a product of theres and the disc was knackered theyll send you a free copy in the post ..i did it and got a copy within two weeks from america
also they dont ask for any proof of purchase so if you have got any alesis products dont worry youll still get one..i told them i had Alesis iO|2 and the disc was damaged so could i have another disc please they replied straight away with yes send us your address i sent my adress then got the dvd ..cubase ai4 is exactlly the same as cubase essential 4 (well 99 percent the same) and it has the same midi controller settings i use my houston,novation remote zero sl,akai mpd24,mackie satellite,korg ms20 all running at the sametime with it with no probs at all ..hope this helps mate
