well hope it works out for you, think if it's anything like the alphatrack you may have to manually place the file in the component, CS should get back to you he is usually good! And yes it's very odd that lite versions don't have mackie protocol
Not familiar with it on mac though? Used it when I had a PC and cubase
One of the many reasons I went logic but that's another story.
